👩‍🍳 Instructions

1
Brew the Hibiscus Tea

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the hibiscus tea and steep for 8–10 minutes. Remove the tea bags or strain out the flowers.

2
Cool the Tea

Allow the hibiscus tea to cool completely, then add the remaining cold water.

3
Add the Juices

Stir in the cranberry juice, berry juice, and fresh lemon or lime juice.

4
Sweeten if Desired

Add honey or agave if you prefer a sweeter drink.

5
Mix in the Protein

In a separate shaker, mix the clear whey protein with a little cold water until completely dissolved. Slowly stir it into the hibiscus mixture.

6
Add the Fresh Fruit

Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries, lemon, and lime.

7
Chill

Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to allow the fruit flavors to infuse.

8
Serve

Serve over plenty of ice and enjoy!

💡 Tip

For a deeper ruby-red color like the drink in the photo, brew the hibiscus a little stronger. If you’re storing the refresher in the refrigerator, add ice to individual glasses instead of the whole container so it doesn’t become diluted.
